Pathways is a healthcare process optimisation platform. It helps manage patients through their care pathway from referral to assessment, then treatment and ongoing care.

Pathways creates a complete picture of how a patient is managed. Clinicians are able to see trends, identifying problems before they escalate. Critically, Pathways provides data for risk stratification and has the ability to see across primary and secondary healthcare domains to improve diagnosis and patient outcomes.

You get the information you need on your dashboard, or through easy to use menus to quickly see bottlenecks in pathways and identify future events that will be impacted.
